Towson Universitesinde uygulanan ELC İngilizce dil eğitim programı, Amerika'da üniversite / kolej eğitimi almak isteyen öğrencileri, gereken İngilizce seviyesine ulaştırmayı hedeflemektedir. 

Maryland'de bulunan Towson University, Princeton Review tarafından Amerika'daki en verimli (fiyat / eğitim) 50 Devlet Üniversitesi arasında gösterilmiştir.

• strengthen your language skills

The ELC program is for students who want to pursue university study in the United States as well as for students who want to improve their English for employment purposes.

The ELC offers three programs of instruction each year; the fall and spring semesters are 15 weeks long and there is a 10 week summer session.

Located in the center of the beautiful Towson University campus, the ELC gives you many opportunities to become part of the university community. You will meet people from all over the world as you study, participate in cultural and social events, and use campus recreational facilities. As an ELC student, you will:

• Develop your reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills
• Study in small classes averaging 15 students
• Work with a highly qualified, caring faculty
• Make friends through the Conversation Partners Program
• Use the Internet and E-mail in your study
• Learn about American life in the United States
